Suffcon is an Australian owned and operated Company located in Roma Queensland. We support local participation and are proposing a unique job opportunity to support a local resident (within 400km radius of Roma) in the hope we can provide them with a flexible working arrangement.

Current Opportunities

Diesel Fitter

SuffHire is looking a Diesel Fitter to join our growing team to help maintain our own fleet of trucks and earthmoving machinery, as well as provide diesel fitting services for our external clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Preventative maintenance including servicing of prime movers, trailers and earthmoving machinery;
Execute planned repairs and component rebuilds;
Attend break downs, diagnose and repair faults; and
QHSE compliance and keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

Requirements of the Applicant:

Trade Qualification;
Experience working on prime movers, heavy trailers and / or earthmoving machinery;
Driver’s licence (HR licence advantageous);
Construction Industry White Card; and
Must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
